0. Warranty Overview and Scope

Dear Customers,

Thank you for choosing TARNS.

Every TARNS forged wheel is engineered and manufactured to meet high standards of strength, precision, and durability.

To support our international customers, TARNS provides a limited warranty covering structural fractures that are determined to have resulted directly from manufacturing or material defects. This warranty applies exclusively to forged wheels purchased and used outside Mainland China, including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and all other international markets.

For the purposes of this Warranty Policy, a manufacturing defect or material defect refers to a defect inherent in the product itself and determined, following review of the available evidence, technical evaluation, and, where applicable, independent inspection findings, not to have resulted from external impact, misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Eligibility

This warranty applies exclusively to forged wheels purchased and used outside Mainland China, including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and all other international markets.

1.2 Warranty Period

The warranty period shall be twenty-four (24) months from the original date of retail purchase.

1.3 Covered Defect

This warranty applies solely to structural fractures that are determined to have resulted directly from manufacturing or material defects. Where warranty coverage is confirmed, TARNS may provide a replacement wheel of the same model or, where the original model is no longer available, a replacement product of substantially equivalent specifications and value.

2. Warranty Claim Process

Warranty claims shall be handled through separate procedures for Individual Customers and Authorized Dealers.

2.1 Individual Customers

Customers should first contact the authorized dealer from whom the product was purchased.

The dealer will conduct an initial review based on the information provided by the customer, which may include:

  • Proof of purchase;
  • Product photographs or videos;
  • Vehicle information;
  • Installation information;
  • Description of the issue; and
  • Other relevant supporting documentation.

If the dealer considers that the claim may qualify for warranty evaluation, the claim will be submitted to TARNS for further review. Based on the information available, TARNS may determine that the product should be returned for inspection and evaluation. Where inspection is required, the product shall be inspected by an independent third-party inspection agency designated by TARNS. Such agency shall conduct its evaluation independently, and TARNS shall have no authority to influence or determine the inspection findings. Warranty eligibility will be assessed based on all available evidence, inspection findings, and technical evaluation.

WARNING: Inspection reports issued by any inspection agency not designated by TARNS shall NOT be recognized for purposes of warranty evaluation under this Warranty Policy.

2.2 Authorized Dealers

Authorized dealers are responsible for collecting and submitting complete warranty claim documentation.

Documentation may include:

  • Customer proof of purchase;
  • Product photographs or videos;
  • Vehicle information;
  • Installation information;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Dealer assessment; and
  • Any additional information reasonably requested by TARNS.

Upon receipt of the claim documentation, TARNS will review the information and determine whether further inspection is required. Where return inspection is required, the product must be returned to a facility designated by TARNS. Warranty eligibility shall be assessed based on all available evidence, inspection findings, and technical evaluation. Where warranty coverage is confirmed, TARNS will determine the appropriate replacement arrangement and any applicable shipping support.

WARNING: Any shipping assistance provided by TARNS shall not, by itself, be interpreted as confirmation of warranty eligibility.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from:

  • Vehicle accidents or collisions;
  • Road hazards, including potholes, curbs, debris, or impact damage;
  • Improper installation, mounting, balancing, maintenance, or service procedures;
  • Improper tire selection or incorrect tire pressure;
  • Racing, competition use, drifting, off-road use, or other abnormal vehicle operation;
  • Vehicle modifications affecting wheel performance or load conditions;
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling;
  • Fire, flooding, natural disasters, or other force majeure events;
  • Unauthorized repairs, welding, refinishing, modifications, or alterations;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, chips, discoloration, corrosion, or surface finish deterioration; or
  • Any condition not attributable to a manufacturing or material defect.

4. Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all reasonable costs associated with submitting a warranty claim, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping and transportation costs;
  • Customs duties and taxes;
  • Customs clearance and brokerage fees; and
  • Any other charges reasonably incurred in returning the product for inspection.

Where warranty coverage is confirmed, TARNS may, at its discretion, provide shipping support or reimbursement of certain transportation costs.
Any shipping arrangement or reimbursement shall be subject to prior review and approval by TARNS.

5. Limitation of Liability

The remedies provided under this Warranty Policy constitute the sole and exclusive remedies available under this warranty.

TARNS’ total liability under this Warranty Policy shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the defective product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TARNS shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss of use, loss of income, loss of business opportunities, towing expenses, rental vehicle expenses, installation costs, removal costs, or any other associated expenses or losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply in all circumstances.

6. General Provisions

This Warranty Policy constitutes the complete warranty provided by TARNS with respect to the products covered herein. No dealer, distributor, representative, or third party is authorized to modify, extend, or waive any provision of this Warranty Policy unless expressly approved in writing by TARNS. TARNS reserves the right to update or amend this Warranty Policy from time to time. Any such revision shall apply only to products purchased after the effective date of the revised policy and shall not affect warranty claims that have already been approved. Nothing in this Warranty Policy shall limit or exclude any statutory rights that may be available to consumers under applicable law. Warranty eligibility shall be assessed based on the information available at the time of review and, where applicable, inspection findings and technical evaluation.
